What Reiki Is

During a Reiki session, you remain fully clothed and rest comfortably on the massage table. Light touch or hands-off placement of the practitioner’s hands helps encourage deep relaxation and a sense of ease throughout your body.

Each session is guided by how your body responds in the moment. You are always in control of touch preferences and boundaries, and the session is adjusted to support what feels most comfortable for you.
